Defence Infrastructure Quantity Surveyor – Hybrid

Job Description

Babcock is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Rosyth, Scotland, to lead commercial activities on major construction and defence projects. You’ll operate within Marine Engineering & Systems, handling NEC4 contracts and driving cost control from £5m to £100m+ with hybrid work patterns and strong stakeholder engagement.

The role requires proven QS experience in construction, plus NEC4 administration, budgeting, forecasting and risk management across projects. SC security clearance is required.
