AI Training and Change Lead (6-Month Contract)

Job Description

iO Associates is seeking an experienced Change & Training professional for a 6-month contract covering a major system rollout with AI tool integration. You will lead training, adoption, and the creation of engaging guides, videos, and bite-sized content, traveling across the UK to support teams on-site.

The role requires 5+ years delivering IT training or change initiatives, strong instructional design and change management skills, and experience with Copilot/ChatGPT.
