RICS Valuer – Rating & Council Tax (Hybrid, 12-month)

Job Description

Pertemps Edinburgh Contracts in Stirling is seeking a qualified Valuer for a 12-month temporary assignment. The role is hybrid – two office days and three days at home – 30 hours per week in Stirling.

You will join a professional Valuation Team handling Rating and Council Tax, conducting property surveys, analysing rents and sale evidence, and supporting valuation appeals. RICS membership and strong valuation experience are essential.

Start ASAP with minimal travel; salary £27.05-£31.59 per hour.
