Night Concierge & Guest Experience Lead

Job Description

Malmaison Edinburgh Leith is seeking a Night Porter to oversee hotel operations from sundown to sunrise. You’ll manage guest expectations, maintain brand standards, welcome guests, and ensure public areas are immaculate, including cleaning and preparing spaces for the next day.

You’ll assist guests with luggage, conduct nightly Health and Safety audits, and maintain excellent communication. Night shift experience is essential; flexible across 7 days a week, 365 days a year with varied shifts.
