Lux Club Concierge: Premier Guest Experience

Job Description

The Carnegie Club at Skibo Castle is looking for a Club Concierge to warmly welcome members and guests, handle check-in/out, and coordinate requests across transport, dining, golf, spa and estate activities.

You will build guest profiles, keep Front Office records up to date in Jonas, and collaborate with Housekeeping, Reservations and other teams to ensure a seamless stay for every member.
