IT Helpdesk Advisor (4-on/4-off)

Job Description

Manpower Group (UK) is partnering with Capgemini in Inverness to recruit a Customer Service Advisor. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing 1st line IT support and ensuring a great service experience across phone, email and web chat.

The role runs on a 4 on/4 off shift pattern (18:00-07:00 nights, 07:00-18:00 days) to cover multiple hours, with full training provided and opportunities to develop in technology services.
