Windermere Real Estate seeks a motivated, people-focused Broker to join our collaborative team. You’ll be more than just a salesperson – you’ll be a trusted advisor, guiding clients through every step of their home buying or selling journey.

Responsibilities include assessing client needs, conducting CMA, preparing documents, updating listings, and marketing properties. Must be a licensed real estate agent or enrolled in real estate school with strong sales, and excellent communication.
