Wm. Stephen (Bakers) Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the team at Stirling’s Kerse Road site. The role focuses on day-to-day leadership, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring a clean, well-stocked shop while training new starters and maintaining food safety standards.

You will manage opening/closing duties, assist with rotas, and support a positive, high-performing team in a fast-paced bakery environment.
