Engineering Manager – Hands-on Tech Leader (FinTech)

Job Description

Provntalent partners with a WealthTech business in the UK to hire an Engineering Manager who will lead a growing engineering team in Edinburgh. The role sits between a technical Tech Lead and a traditional Engineering Manager, balancing architecture, standards and delivery.

You’ll own engineering leadership, sprint delivery, release processes, CI/CD, and the relationship between Product and Engineering, while guiding architecture and engineering culture as the business scales.
