Job Description

Waypoint is seeking an experienced operations leader to manage all facility operations and member care, ensuring compliance with agency, state and federal regulations. You will supervise and schedule residential staff, maintain a safe, comfortable home, and coordinate care across teams.

Candidates should have a four-year degree in social services or related field, 2-5 years supervisory experience, strong management and computer skills, and a valid driver’s license.
