The Mental Welfare Commission for Scotland is recruiting an Executive Director (Nursing), a senior, values-led role that shapes policy and practice across mental health, incapacity and human rights law in Scotland.

You will lead a small multidisciplinary team, provide expert nursing leadership, and work as part of the Executive Leadership Team to safeguard rights and improve care standards.
