NHS Lanarkshire is recruiting an experienced Organisational Development Advisor to design and deliver OD, learning and culture change initiatives across the organisation. You will support development, improve team effectiveness and facilitate meaningful conversations to navigate change.

The role includes delivering team development, learning interventions and supporting priorities like iMatter staff experience and annual appraisal processes.
