Café Supervisor – Lead Service & Team (Flexi Time)

Job Description

Preston Partnership at The Harris cafe is seeking two enthusiastic and highly organized Café Supervisors. You will supervise day-to-day operations, ensure high standards of food and drink preparation, and lead the cafe team to deliver excellent customer service on a two-week rota (3 days one week, 4 days the next).

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll help maintain safety standards, hit targets, and manage counter displays.
