Service Operations Administrator – Hybrid (Glasgow)

Job Description

Children First in Glasgow is seeking a Service Administrator (West Central Services) to support day-to-day operations, data management and frontline reception. The role is office-based at our Pollok hub, with a permanent, full-time contract and a salary band £25,155-£30,083 per year.

You will coordinate meetings, maintain records in Dynamics, assist with invoices and procurement, and act as a professional first point of contact for children, families and partners.
