Triage & Referral Coordinator – Family Support Project

Job Description

East Ayrshire Citizens Advice Bureau is seeking a highly organised Triage and Referral Co-ordinator to support the Family Forward Ayrshire project in Kilmarnock. The role is temporary until March 2027 and offers 35 hours per week, with consideration for part-time or job-share.

The successful candidate will oversee triage and administrative co-ordination for the project, ensuring efficient case handling and referral pathways within the CAB. Travel throughout Ayrshire may be required.
