Job Description

Forth Housing Association is seeking a customer focussed Housing Officer to deliver high quality housing management services for tenants and customers, including rent accounts, void properties and housing allocations.

You will take responsibility for a patch area, delivering tenancy and estate management services in a culture focused on value for money. The role requires strong communication, teamwork and the ability to plan and prioritise workloads to sustain tenancies.
