Job Description

Gist Ltd, Wardpark North, Cumbernauld, is seeking an experienced Transport Shift Manager to lead a busy transport operation and drive performance across the shift.

You will report to the Transport Operations Manager, manage recruitment and inductions, oversee absence management and health and safety, and ensure KPI delivery while building strong cross-site relationships. Flexibility to cover Tuesday to Saturday shifts is essential.
