Hybrid Payments & Operations Specialist – UK

Job Description

Shaype, a UK fintech, is seeking a Payments and Operations Specialist to own the UK settlement, reconciliation and payments cycle and to take on financial crime work alongside it. The role includes second-line client support and ensuring daily cut-offs, with a hybrid model requiring presence in the Glasgow office two days per week and additional days as needed.

The successful candidate will help keep the end-to-end payments flow smooth, accurate and compliant, contributing to daily operational
