Compassionate Care & Support Worker (Sleepovers)

Job Description

L’Arche Edinburgh is seeking a Care and Support Worker to provide one-to-one support to people with learning disabilities across community settings, in line with agreed care plans and helping them lead a full and active life at home and in the community.

You will deliver practical, physical and emotional support, promoting choice, independence and self-determination while fostering respectful relationships and a welcoming atmosphere for all involved.
