Trauma-Informed Residential Care Worker Sleepovers

Job Description

Greenleaf House in Lockerbie is seeking compassionate staff to support young people in a therapeutic, trauma-informed residential setting. You will work a pattern of 14-hour shifts followed by a 10-hour sleepover as part of a dedicated team.

The role requires experience in a residential children’s home, a full UK driving licence, safeguarding knowledge and flexibility to work weekends and evenings. Company-funded qualifications and a comprehensive wellbeing package are available.
