Service Delivery Manager – MSP & Data Centre, Cloud Infra

Job Description

DataVita is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to own the customer-facing service relationship for colocation, cloud, and managed infrastructure. You will work with NOC, engineering, and data centre operations to ensure SLAs are met and issues are communicated clearly to customers.

The role requires credibility with customer IT and infrastructure teams, an ability to translate technical data into business insights, and a proactive approach to managing risk and service quality.
