Senior Casualty Solicitor – EL/PL Claims, Glasgow

Job Description

Weightmans is recruiting a Solicitor with 4 years PQE to join the Glasgow Insurance Team. You will manage a varied EL/PL caseload, including motor and disease, and assist with high-value claims, regulatory matters, and responsible investigations. The role involves liaising with clients, opponents, and the Scottish courts.

You will also support supervision and development of junior fee earners and help meet financial and service targets while upholding Weightmans’ values.
