Fort Social Work Centre is seeking a Complaints Triage Officer to be the first point of contact for Children’s Social Work and Education complaints and enquiries. You will triage, investigate and respond within statutory timescales, working closely with colleagues across Edinburgh to ensure learning from feedback informs improvements to services.
