Pebbles Care Limited is seeking a Cluster Deputy Manager to join our dedicated team in Scotland. The role supports the Registered Manager and will start in one home, evolving into a cluster leadership position to oversee_multiple homes as maternity cover ends.

You will lead Residential Support Workers, plan shifts, promote therapeutic parenting, ensure safeguarding, and collaborate with families and multi-agency partners to secure the welfare and development of our children and young people.
