Customer Service Advisor
Glasgow City Centre (Hybrid after probation)
24,500 Full-Time, Permanent
Monday to Friday (No evenings or weekends)
Looking for a customer-focused role with no evenings or weekends?
We’re looking for friendly, confident people who enjoy helping others to join our client’s growing Customer Service team. Whether your experience comes from retail, hospitality, travel, sales, contact centres or any other customer-facing environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Before you apply can you commit to the following:
Start date: 24th August
Four weeks of office-based training required (no holidays or time away can be requested during this time)
No annual leave can be taken during October due to operational requirements
What You’ll Be Doing
Speaking with customers over the phone and handling a range of enquiries
Providing clear, professional and helpful support
Responding to customer emails
Taking ownership of queries and seeing them through to resolution
We’re Looking For People Who
Love helping customers and delivering great service
Are confident communicators with excellent listening skills
Remain calm, professional and positive in challenging situations
Have experience in a customer-facing role
