Job Description

Mears Group is seeking a Health + Safety Advisor to support branch management and operations in North Lanarkshire. You will implement health and safety policies, attend incidents, and advise teams to ensure safe, compliant work across projects.

Key responsibilities include inspections, incident investigations, training support, and promoting a strong safety culture. A valid UK driving licence and NEBOSH General Certificate are required.
