Empowering Children’s Residential & Lifeskills Worker

Job Description

Capability Scotland is seeking a Children’s Support Worker for our Residential & Lifeskills Services in Lanark. You will support children and young people aged 5 to 20 with complex disabilities, helping them build independence, confidence and essential life skills in a safe, caring environment.

The role offers a range of shifts including full-time, part-time, relief, weekends and sleepovers. We provide rotas, generous leave and pension contributions, with opportunities across residential,
