Activities Coordinator

Job Description

As an Activity Coordinator, you will play a key role in enhancing the well-being of our residents by designing and delivering a wide range of activities that promote physical, mental and emotional health. Your creativity, energy, and passion for helping others will help ensure that our residents have a fulfilling and enjoyable experience every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organise, and deliver a variety of activities that are tailored to the individual needs, interests and abilities of our residents
• Encourage and support residents to engage in activities, ensuring their participation and well-being
• Maintain accurate records of residents’ activity preferences and involvement
• Work closely with the care team to identify residents’ needs and incorporate their personal interests into the activity schedule
• Foster an inclusive and vibrant atmosphere where all residents feel valued and respected
• Organise special events, outings and themed days to bring joy and excitement to our residents
• Promote social interaction and help residents build meaningful connections with others
