Job Description

Barchester care home is seeking a Senior Nurse (General) to lead clinical care and mentor a team, ensuring residents receive high-quality care in line with NMC regulations.

You will be a registered nurse with current NMC registration, mentoring qualifications, and experience in care planning, risk assessments, and safeguarding. You’ll promote best practices for DoLs/MCA and pharmaceutical guidelines while supporting staff development and resident well-being.
