Void Property Maintainer – Team-Driven, Local Travel

Job Description

Sanctuary Group is recruiting two Skilled Workers to join the new ‘Clean and Clear’ team within the Voids division in Aberdeen. You will work in pairs to deliver maintenance and repairs across basic trade operations, meeting contract and customer expectations.

The role offers 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:30, a starting salary of £26,452-£27,844, with progressive increases after 12 months. Benefits include 25 days leave, pension, life assurance, and wellbeing support.
