Routes to Work in Airdrie, Scotland, is seeking a Production Operator – Fresh – Backshift to support our potato production line. You will operate and monitor machinery while ensuring safety and quality standards. Accurate data recording and teamwork are essential to meet daily targets.

Backshift hours are Monday-Thursday 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM and Sunday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, with a competitive hourly rate starting at £12.71 plus a £0.50 backshift allowance. Training and development are encouraged.
