Care Governance Officer: Travel & Quality Impact (Lothians)

Job Description

Call-In Homecare Ltd, Midlothian with travel across East and West Lothian, is seeking a dedicated Care Governance Officer to join our Care Governance Team and help raise care quality.

You will conduct audits, support care planning, undertake client assessments and routine field observations, and ensure GDPR compliance in collaboration with Registered Managers. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with ongoing training and support to develop professionally.
