Job Description

Almond is seeking a Debt Recovery Officer to deliver an efficient debt recovery service, maximising rental and housing-related debt collection while supporting positive customer outcomes.

The role sits within the Housing Management team, working with tenants, colleagues, solicitors, and external agencies to recover debt in line with policies and legislation. The position offers hybrid working, 21 hours over three days, and an office in Livingston.
