Methods is seeking a Service Desk Analyst skilled in Linux (RHEL) and macOS to provide first/second-line support across users, devices, applications and connectivity. You will diagnose OS, app, hardware, network issues and manage incidents while ensuring secure, compliant access and device management.

Ideal candidates have enterprise experience with Linux and macOS, strong troubleshooting abilities and clear communication.
