Evening Retail Team Leader – Flexible Part-Time

Job Description

Co-op Bowmore is seeking a Customer Team Leader to run a small, busy store on Main Street. You’ll lead a shift, coach colleagues, and ensure friendly, efficient service.

The part-time role is 15 hours per week with regular overtime, including at least one weekend shift. You may work in post office or bakery settings and support home delivery drivers.
