Multiskilled Building Services Technician (Estates)

Job Description

NHS Lanarkshire is seeking an estates technician to maintain building services, plant and equipment across NHS facilities. You will diagnose faults, repair electrical and mechanical systems, and ensure compliance with water management, low voltage, heating and ventilation systems.

The role involves day and back shifts; you will plan daily workloads, manage materials, and document all activities in line with health and safety policies. A driving licence and relevant training are required.
