Rossie Young People’s Trust is seeking a Service Head of Care Services to lead Secure and Residential Care operations, Throughcare and related services. You will work with the SLMT to deliver strategic aims, manage budgets, and ensure high-quality trauma-informed care for vulnerable young people across Scotland and the UK.

The role requires regulatory compliance, safeguarding excellence, and strong collaboration with external health and education partners.
