B&M Retail Limited in Scotland is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to lead the Profit Protection team across our stores. This field-based, 40-hour-per-week role requires flexibility to work 5 out of 7 days, overseeing manned guarding and ensuring store security.

You will recruit, train and supervise Security Officers and Store Detectives, visit stores, report incidents and plan rotas. Travel across the region is expected, with a focus on reducing loss and improving security
