DEBRA Lanark is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering strong store performance, both in-store and online. This role focuses on leading a diverse team, managing volunteers, and driving customer service excellence.

The successful candidate will work 35 hours per week over 5 days, on a permanent basis, with a competitive annual salary of £24,096.80 and DBS checks as part of safeguarding requirements.
