Spark of Genius is seeking a dedicated Senior Support Worker to help provide a safe, nurturing environment for young people at Brandy Burn, Elderslie. You will supervise a team, support daily routines, and help create a warm, homely atmosphere.

We value patience, empathy, and strong communication. A full UK driving licence is essential, and experience with ASD/ASN is desirable. Training will be provided and DBS/PVG checks are required.
