NHS Lanarkshire is seeking an experienced Operational Clinical Manager within the Psychology Services to lead the operational management and development of the service across the Lanarkshire area. You will oversee waiting lists, referrals prioritisation, and provide strategic support to the Head of Service.

The role involves deputising for the Head of Service in meetings, leading clinically, and helping drive ethical standards and research within the psychology service.
