Solicitor – Construction & Affordable Housing Specialist

Job Description

Jobtailor in Scotland is seeking a solicitor with knowledge of construction, commercial and housing law to support the Affordable Housing Programme.

You will manage an independent caseload, draft and negotiate contracts, and provide practical legal advice from procurement through project completion.

Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to travel to office locations in Fife as required.
