Planning and Performance Partner – Strategy and Delivery

This role sits within Finance, Portfolio, Performance and Organisational Transformation (FPPOT) and covers the full remit of CDIO teams.

You will play a key role in connecting strategic priorities with delivery, helping CDIO to understand performance, progress and emerging risks.

Working closely with senior leaders and teams across HMRC, you will support business planning, performance reporting, annual reporting and executive decision making.

The role combines analysis, planning and stakeholder engagement. You will help coordinate key organisational processes, respond to requests from Executive Committee (ExCom) and senior leaders and develop high quality products that provide insight and support effective decision making.
