Construction & Affordable Housing Solicitor (Hybrid)

Job Description

Fife Council is recruiting a Construction Solicitor to support its Affordable Housing Programme in the Legal Property and Contracts Team. You will handle land assembly, development agreements, and construction contracts, providing practical legal advice to cross-functional colleagues.

You will manage a varied caseload and deliver commercially focused guidance on procurement, contract administration, and project delivery, with experience in public sector housing projects being advantageous.
