Job Description

360 Recruitment Ltd is seeking fully skilled Venison Trimmers for a seasonal role in Scotland. The successful candidates will trim and prepare venison to production specifications, maintaining high standards of quality in a busy meat processing environment.

Applicants should have at least 2 years’ meat trimming experience, strong knife skills, and a reliable attendance record. Venison experience is an advantage, but not essential if you have solid trimming expertise.
