Job Description

Randstad Care is recruiting dedicated support professionals to assist over 48 autistic adults across housing, supported living, and residential care in Lanark, Carluke and Biggar. You will work under the Senior Autism Practitioner, delivering person-centred support and contributing to strong, safe care plans.

The role includes regular reviews, close collaboration with families and healthcare professionals, and flexible shifts with an on-call rota to suit development stages.
