The Best Connection is currently recruiting

Production Operatives for our well-established client based in

Bellshill.

If you’re reliable, hardworking, and looking for flexible

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
  • Ensuring products meet quality and safety standards
  • Following all health & safety and hygiene procedures
  • Working as part of a busy team to meet production targets
  • Keeping your work area clean, tidy, and organised

What We’re Looking For

  • Reliable, punctual, and motivated individuals
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
  • Able to follow instructions and work well within a team
  • Previous production or warehouse experience is beneficial but

not essential – full training is provided

  • Flexible to work

ad hoc shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and overtime when available

£12.71 – £15.63 per hour (depending on shift)

Weekend overtime paid up to £19.06 per hour

Weekly pay

  • Flexible ad hoc work to suit business requirements

Shift Patterns

Morning: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Afternoon: 2:30 PM – Finish

  • Shifts available on an

ad hoc basis, including weekdays and weekends
