Job Description

Optum is seeking an On-site EAP Consultant to deliver professional workplace counseling services in Glasgow on a dedicated client basis with one on-site day per week.

You’ll assess, refer, provide manager consultations, and lead on-site trainings while adhering to privacy and regulatory policies. Prior EAP experience and accreditation are required, with strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
