Pupil Support Assistant – Nurture & Enable Learning

Job Description

The Community School of Auchterarder is seeking a Pupil Support Assistant to join the primary school team on a fixed-term basis until December 2026. The role covers duties such as supporting pupils with additional needs, assisting with personal learning plans and supervising lunchtime and playtimes.

The post requires empathy, discretion and a genuine commitment to child wellbeing. The position is Monday to Friday, 9am-3pm during term-time, with a salary of £17,669-£18,614 per year.
