Play Leader: After-School Club Lead & Development

Job Description

Spring Oscars is seeking a Play Leader to run the before and after school club in Edinburgh. You will lead a small team, shape daily activities, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for children aged 5-11 within a school setting.

You will manage inductions, supervise staff, and plan sessions while working to high standards of safeguarding and partnership with parents and school staff. A proactive, people-focused leader is essential.
